In accordance with the Toll Rate Order, toll rates will be adjusted on January 1, 2026. The Order mandates the use of the Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers (CPI-U) for the Houston-Galveston-Brazoria area, as published by the Bureau of Labor Statistics, to determine annual toll rate adjustments.
Per the Toll Rate Order, toll rates must be increased by the greater of 2% or the CPI- U from the previous year. As of August 2025, the 12-month CPI-U change was 1.1%, which is below the 2% threshold. Therefore, toll rates will be adjusted by 2%, in accordance with the policy.
The table below shows the current toll rates by road and plaza along with the rates that will go into effect on January 1, 2026, including the Westpark Tollway FM 1463 Plaza currently under construction.
